At Halifax Watch Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and any removed links, then secure it in a padded shipping container.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
